Shipping, Returns, Cancellations and Privacy Policies
If your order is stock, we will process the charges to your credit card and your order it will ship within five business days from your order date. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and you should receive your order within 2-3 business days of the ship date.
Please inspect the item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com within 5 days or receiving your order. Please use DAMAGED PRODUCT in the subject line and include information on the package condition when it was delivered as well as your order number and contact information. Once we receive this information, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds are done on a case by case basis. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Shipping cost will only be refund if the product has not yet been shipped out.
